I've been a Rocco owner for about 6 months. Around the 4 month mark, after everyday use, the small leather which the metal loop for the strap is attached (you can refer to the photo to see the part i'm talking about) tore off. It split and not from the stitch either.
I returned the bag to Harvey Nichols (where i bought the bag from) and while they accepted it and promised to fix the problem, all they did was to restitch the leather to the bag which made the part smaller (the second photo shows the original size of the leather part, you can compare that to the first photo.).
Just wanted to warn potential buyers that this could happen even if you don't carry a lot of/heavy stuff in the bag because the bag itself if pretty heavy to begin with (and, mind you, mine is the newer, less heavy version of the bag with bullet studs).
