Wow there are a lot of Bal lovers in this thread!
I see most pple with the black or luggage brown rocco, does anyone have the ocean blue or the forrest green? any thoughts? i haven't seen a rocco IRL yet so...
and do you all like the mini size? or the baby size? i'm 5'2" so dunno which size would be better fit...

The Forest is said to be a chameleon... the colour changes depending on the lighting. It's also apparently very similar to Balenciaga's Anthracite.

I have the Baby and it fits my lifestyle perfectly. If I had the Mini, I wouldn't have enough things to fill it with and it would just be too heavy for me to carry (especially cuz I don't have the long strap). Sometimes I DO wish that I had the side pocket on my Baby that the Minis have.

Here are some photos of my Forest....I have posted them before around here, so I hope it is not over-kill!
I have had two Balenciaga Anthracite bags in the past, and IMHO I think the Forest is way more Green than Anthra, if anything it is like Balenciaga 05 Dolma
Though this bag is indeed a true chameleon, it definitely looks dark green most of the time, and can look grey-ish or black depending on the light.

Still loving your Forest Rocco....AW has the best colors. Luggage is a stellar brown, Forest is a chameleon and Ocean Blue KILLS ME it's so pretty.

I had a hard time resisting that Deep Blue Rocco when I was in Barney's the other day.....it is such an amazing shade!
I am eagerly awaiting news about the potential dark gray w/silver studs Rocco ! I am SO looking forward to the possibility of that combination, I just love dark gray bags!

I actually went to Barney's today and saw the Black, Brown, Forrest and Blue....I was torn between the Black on Brass and Blue on Silver studs...but since i just got a Blue Roi Bal GSH....i went for the Black on Brass Mini :roflmfao: I can see this is only the beginning of the AW addiction........it's also interesting to see IRL all the different patterns/colors on the studs

Yes it is real leather (according to description) and it obviously isn't anywhere NEAR as great quality or even attention to detail as the real thing but i guess that is why the price point is so low, the high street caters to those who may not want/be able to afford the real thing :D

Another Bal addit came across here - here is my ignorant question: does Rocco have Gold, also Brass studs, or they are the same? I have seen silver, brass and black studs. Some sites show the studs shining like gold, some sites show the color like copper. I am confused. TIA!

The b-bag girls are coming here in force. :D As far as I'm aware, brass = gold.

So 3 stud colors: gold/brass, silver, black. :smile1:
