I notice the greenish tone when out in bright sunlight. Otherwise it's like a 'dark forest'. I like it better than black, which is fine because I have enough black bags in other brands.

Yeah, Mick Margo is legit. I think the Madison LA policy is just no refunds on handbags. They will do a store credit unless they consider using a coupon 'mark down merchandise'..I don't think they would but who knows. I almost ordered from them. Which one did you get? I'm sure you will love it.

I got the black coco with brass with the strap and since I used to have a black coco I'm sure I'll love it. I really just wanted the strap for the bag. And I love the pics of hillary duff wearing her's. too cute.

I actually recently ordered the Alexander Wang Jena clutch from Madison LA with the discount code and received it today. However, there were some scuffs on it so I called them and they offered to exchange it for another one. So I'm sending it back (they're paying for shipping!) and once they get it, they're gonna send out a new one. The lady didn't mention a return but I love the clutch so much, I would have chosen an exchange either way!
I'm just relieved they were so nice about it. But now I'm gonna have to wait a bit to get the new one. =\

Seriously though I carry mine night and day, I just can't get enough of my Rocco and the leather only gets better the more I carry it.

I requested a name change for the thread so hopefully there will be less confusion once we have the correct bag name.
pradapiggy~ I use lovinmybags conditioner on my Rocco's and it works wonders. I think any good leather conditioner would work though just make sure to test a small area first.
