They had to change the name from Coco to Rocco due to copyright reasons, if I remember correctly (->Chanel). The Mini and the Baby are not that different in size, it's just minimal, the main difference being no outside pockets and I think no strap with the mini.

The current colors and leathers are, as far as I know:

Black Leather with strap and brass studs
Luggage/Maple (?) leather with silver studs and strap
Forest Green leather with silver studs and strap

cut velvet grey leather with strap and silver studs (I own this one, it's divine!)
cut velvet black leather with strap and brass studs
cut velvet maple leather with strap and silver studs

Black Leather with brass studs, no strap
Grey Leather with silver studs, no strap

I think the quilted leather versions are not new season, you may find some on sale.

those are just the regular sized Mini Duffles, there are also Babys, but I don't think they come in all the combos.

I believe that is the 2010 Grey (a lighter, beigey colour) and I believe we are getting the 2009 Grey (slight lavender undertone) from ShopBop (read the previous page for the conversation... I was also confused).

Ahh ok, thats great, I misread the posts at first, now it makes sense! if it is the older colour, I personally prefer that!

let me know when yours arrives, mine is somewhere over the atlantic I think!

I just purchased my first rocco from them with the 20% off code and got the bag in 2 days. I believe they are reputable since they have several stores in so cal (in nice neighborhoods, too). My bag came with original tags and a dust bag. :)

I was looking at getting one of the Alexander Wang rocco bags, and noticed that while some bags have studs with 3 ridges in them, others have just one. I am confused, is the hardware different based on year? And what is the difference between the Rocco and the Coco? They seem the same to me :confused1:

The original had 1 ridge, while the new ones have 3 ridges. Also some of the new colors have 'cupcake' ridges over the whole stud....maybe this was just on the Darcy, but it's another stud style.

will do, and same here--post pics of yours when you get it!
Mine's not due to arrive for a few more weeks as I chose the USPS shipping option over UPS to avoid the humongous 40% duties/custom fees :P

I also hope it's the older colour!! The good thing is that no matter which colour grey we receive, it'll be a nice neutral.
