hi guys,

i bought my alexander rocco about a month ago at nordstrom, i have the pale gold hardware in black. and after about a month's use i notice some wear on the edge of the bag. does anyone know how to fix this? i am super upset about this because i take very good care of my bags and very anal about them. for the price i paid, i am not very happy with the quality. i have attached a picture of the scuff, would appreciate if someone could help me out and let me know what to do because i am torn! :(

I noticed a lot of people reporting wear & fading on their pebbled Rocco bags. I've had my laser cut Rocco for a while now and it's holding up quite well. I want to purchase the pebbled leather as well, but I'm not sure if the wear on the piping is just random or if it happens to everyone...?

I think it happens quite often. those who haves treated the edges with edgekote seem to have faired better.

I think it's the effect of it rubbing up against your body while you walk or something. not sure. I try to use my black/black as little as possible so I'm not a very good judge.

I hope someone else can chime in soon.

Hi all, I was hoping some of you could shed some light on this... I've just purchased an Emile in eggshell and because of the light coloured leather and colour transfer issues associated with it, I'm tentative about storing the Tote in its black dust bag.

Do you think this is a cause for concern or would the bag be fine sitting inside the dust bag all day? I will only be carrying my Emile twice a week tops so it will be inside its dust bag more often than not. Thanks in advance for any insight! :)

ETA: I sprayed a leather protectant all over the bag as soon as I received it, so whether or not this helps, I'm not sure... the bag is currently sitting inside a white coloured Prada dust bag. :sneaky:

HELP!! ive had my suede rocco for 3 months now and have noticed the leather holding the D rings has stretched due to the weight of my bag! and today i have found a small tear in both sides! has this happened to anyone before? and does anyone have any advice? dont want it to rip as i only carry it with the long strap.

Looking for some advice. I used loving my bags conditioner on my Rocco upon receiving it a little while back. It left a white residue, especially around the pebbles. I tried reapplying and rubbing it in better, but the white film is still there. Clearly this was the wrong thing to use. Any advice how to clean it off and what to use instead? Thanks!!

Hi everyone, I got my new marti Backpack in leopard. The leather is great and softly but I have some question here.
Should I sprey or do something first for my bag or not?
The stain on hardware when used is normal or not ?

Hi Ms.ShopChic. I was trying to find your thread on this. Did you ever start one? What ever happened with your bag? Were you able to get AW customer service to repair it? I'm noticing a lot of similar wear on the edges of my Rocco and i've only been carrying it for 2 months. I'm afraid the same thing is eventually going to happen to mine.
