I just had some time to read through the "True Blood"-sphere. Wow!
As much as I dislike the fact that next Sunday will see the last episode of season 5, I think it's probably better for some people. Hopefully, a few months will be enough for them to calm down. Afetr they recovered from the finale of course....
This happens every season, though, doesn't it? It's not that the complaints aren't 'legitimate', but a lot of the complaints from this episode are from the S/E shippers, and so they're very upset because they don't know where that's going.
I understand completely the complaints about condensing storylines-did we really need that much time in S2 on the maenad, or this season's Ifrit? And there are viewers who watch TB to escape the real world and don't want too much politics and religion.
And of course, all complaints about a lack of Eric are correct!
