How come, Ludmilla ? It’s such a pretty practical bag.

Same here, Tomsmom.
I have been carrying my Longchamp since the beginning of Summer.
It’s the only lightweight bag in which I can find room for a bottle of water, a cap, two glasses cases and my ….usual all year round essentials .
Because I have too many bags to use them all properly. :D
So I did change bags this morning, new to me Tory Burch cut out

Oooh. This is nice!

Hello Mariapia!
I am not on a holiday unfortunately. I was just really lazy during the weekend. It was hot and humid and I did not leave the house at all.
What are you up to?
Same, Ludmilla. Hot and humid weather, here too. We are all tired.
I am still going for walks, especially in the early morning as I hate staying indoors for too long.
No shopping, though as there is nothing to buy…
Only the same long gipsy dresses and wicker baskets everywhere..
At least I am saving money, like everyone I know….

Saving money, too.
Wardrobe is full.

Hello everyone

After carrying my Longchamp Neo Le Pliage for nearly three months …I decided to give one of my leather bags a try this morning.
I chose my blue Cuir and went for a one hour walk.
Oh dear! It felt so heavy that I had to rush back home ..
The pain in my back was unbearable..
So here I am now, looking at all the pics of my bags on my IPad…and wondering what I am going to do with them….:panic:

Hello lovlies,
I am so sorry that I dropped of the island for such a long time. This is more or less a first for me. :( Life has gotten in the way pretty hard.
We had (and still have) an intern control at work that has cost me a lot of energy.
Two weeks ago my father fell down the stairs ... and well ... it does not look too good at the moment. Esp. as he is stubborn like a donkey and refuses seeing the doctor etc.
I fear there has been more stuff going on in the past weeks, but tbh I cannot really remember. Trying to move within the house at the country while dividing the time between there and the big city has also been kind of a drag.
Sigh.
Sorry for this incoherent ramble, but I really wanted to check in as it is fall and Halloween is around the corner and we always had so much fun at the Mackerel. ;)

Hope everyone is ok.

Hello Mariapia,

any updates on your bags? It is such a devasting feeling when pain is holding you back from carrying them. Esp. as the Cuirs are not that heavy?! :panic:
I really hope that your back improves. Is it any better by now?
All in all you should probably keep hope that you will be able to use at least some of them again. Remember Fim's wonky shoulder? She managed to use certain bags again. :)

Hi Ludmilla :wave::loveeyes:
I am sorry you had to go through hard times at work. It must have been pretty exhausting and stressful.:panic:
Your dad’s fall is something else….especially if he doesn’t want to see a doctor .
Did he hurt his head, his back?
Can he move around the house?
Does he take painkillers?
Can your mum ask a doctor to come to your place?
Men are horribly stubborn, I know, but any fall should induce a medical response ( doctor or osteopath, or physiotherapist ).
I hope you or your mum will be able to talk him into taking action…
Keep us posted, Ludmilla :hugs:
