Adele and Beyonce comparisons are a bit ridic.
Apples and oranges. They are completely different.

People know what they get for each performer. With Adele it's all singing, emotive, no dancing. Big orchestral moments and vocal displays.

With Beyonce it's a mammoth production - she's a frontwoman, a showman (aka woman) of the calibre of Freddy Mercury, early Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Tina Turner. With Beyonce you get all the bells and whistles. And her work increasingly reaches beyond just pop music in it's references and current climate.

I think they both appeal to audiences (mainly women) for a variety of reasons.

I like them both (still hate both their Grammy performances) but they are really different.

Totally agree. That is what I was trying to say but you said it much better. :)
 
Just saw this. Think I love this as a reggae song more than Adele's version. I can hear the autotune but she still sounds great for 14. Rockers is like butter....makes everything better.
