Their CS could be some sort of a bot, yes. Or probably foreign workers who don't speak English well and also aren't trained to do this kind of job.
You may be right about untrained non-English speakers. It was a “who’s on first” torture session, and finally revealed that “Acacia“ thinks a shoulder strap is the same as the handles.

What a mess TRR has turned into... Wouldn't buy anything from them unless I was 100% sure. And the AI is most likely Entrupy, like Samfalstaff said, which isn't all that good.

I just bought a rhinestone Le Cagole from TRR! I figured the rhinestones wouldn’t be as easily repped as the plain leather bags and there’s less of a market for the more expensive fake bag:

That's certainly an eye-catcher! I agree, it's less likely to find a studded fake Le Cagole. But I recommend posting in the Authenticate this Balenciaga thread, just in case. :)

This is infuriating. I could tell just from the first photo the bag is fake. And yet it comes with a certificate of authority issued by the DoofusesRUs Detectives.

there are so many dirtbag sellers asking high dollars for bags they know are fake but don't care and will gladly defraud their unwitting buyers.

this seller has been trying to sell this bag forever with no takers. Originally listed for auction with a $400 starting bid. Long ago I messaged her to let her know the bag was fake, and she ignored me. Now she's raised the starting bid, with an "Authenticity Guaranteed" claim. So I reported it.

Reported as well. Maybe multiple people reporting will prompt ebay to do something.
