They did send me a "how to do you rate us" email and I told them that I saw it was up. I plan on sending a chat as well, do you have a link to the sold bag?

Just an update, I did chat with TRR about the bag. After a lot of faffing about the gist is this: Authenticity is their cornerstone yada yada yada, they use AI and assess more than 50 data points on each item, and as the capper, this incomprehensible statement:

"They have been authentic and the team confirmed our customer who has bought it and after listening with all the authenticity issues and condition issues then only the customer has bought it." God knows what that means.

I could tell it was fruitless so I told the CS exactly what the Bal community thinks of them and thanked her for her time.

Oh my. :eek: That statement is giving me a headache trying to decipher it! I was told (via CS email):
"Thank you for alerting our team to this item, as we take authentication very seriously and appreciate our vigilant customers who share a passion for luxury goods as much as we do.
Know that this item has already been taken down from the site for further in-depth investigation.
Again, much thanks for the feedback and know that this item will be reviewed accordingly."
So basically your standard PR response, and a month from now it'll be back, just like an infestation of ants.

Well my gal didn't dispute the fact when I said it had been resold so how do you take it down then?:huh:

The rep is either not very bright or not a native English speaker.

I wonder how exactly AI is utilized.
