Honestly? Won't make a difference. I argued that when they relisted the fake I sent back. They just blather on about their wonderful authentication process.

Which is very sad. They should realize that part of what they are selling is trust. If trust dissipates, it doesn't work. Per TRR, they now use something call TRR Vision:

"TRR Vision is a TRR-proprietary model that uses AI and machine learning to predict the likelihood of inauthenticity. The team is scaling this technique to cover 40% of the handbag supply by the end. Improved efficiency and enhanced automation enable more efficient scaling of our business model."

What about the other 60%

Got a response back from tRR. After the cut-and-paste "authenticity is the cornerstone..." nonsense the CS rep said:
"I have notified our team of your feedback regarding the Balenciaga Motocross Classic Twiggy Bag. Our team will use your feedback to re-authenticate this bag."
(But if they waived their own no returns policy on the claim the bag was fake wouldn't that mean they already acknowledge it's not authentic??)

Not necessarily. They may have done it because it's easier for them to accept the return and just relist. At least that's my thought.

I reported it; no idea whether it will do any good.
(And I'm sure you gave the reason for the return as "it's fake" and they waived their no returns policy for that reason. And yet it gets relisted.)

Do these sellers KNOW it is a fake?
Because if I knew, I wouldn’t proudly show off the tag?

Some people think "well it says Balenciaga therefore it must be real!"
And others think "heck yeah I can scam someone with a fake!"
(As an aside, lovely mani with what looks like a magnetic polish, but I shudder to think about putting my contacts in with those pointers)

26 people watching this fake bag, because let’s face it, it’s very convincing to the uninitiated, and stunning.
