Thank goodness. Could you imagine having to tell the SA the reason you're returning it is because the cat didn't like it?
Obviously I've been living under a rock. I didn't realize people sold their Coach coupons on eBay! Stuff, yes. But coupons?!? Is it just me in the slow class here? Good grief.
Mine was priceless though. Well, not priceless, but definitely worth more than those are selling for, lol! I shopped hard on those little leather goodies.

They've probably heard worse excuses.
You can likely get a return/repurchase (pretty much the same as an adjustment, you just have to take your receipt and stuff in with you). I did that today, no problem. Some others have not had good luck. I think it depends on how nice your outlet staff is.

Ok.. so it sounds like people are discussing the outlet coupon on this thread so I will comment as well..
Why do some outlets act like it is such a "BIG" Inconvenience to do a PA? A fellow Tpfer let me know that there was an outlet coupon. I had to call my one outlet and ask if I had one... I did ..(but never got an email or post card about it.) I just had ordered the Snoopy wallet and another wallet on FOS so I ended up taking those to the outlet... Snoopy wallet was cheaper in the store.. I begged the SA to let me use the outlet coupon on the 2 wallets, bag and card case I had just purchased two days before. I had to return it all first and get manager permission to use the coupon.. Luckily, I never took the bag out of my car and remembered to bring the wallets with when I went today... I saved myself basically another bag with coupon...
Another Question about PAs... Will your outlet do a PA if the item you bought is no longer in the store.. (w/in the 14 day limit)?

I'll cross my fingers for you! What are you looking for? The outlet here was running low on the totes but had a good stock of the small leather goods.

Went to my outlet tonight and got the last white one. The leather is so nice and the white really pops the embossed Snoopy and Woodstock
