And when I left the manager told me that if the items go down in the next 14 days he will do a price adjustment - I don't know if they will I told him or even if they will still be in the stores but he told me he had to fill out a report on how good the peanuts items sold the first day, so maybe they didn't sell well and that is why the coupon - who know with Coach, I stopped trying to figure out what they are thinking a long time ago

Took all the Coach x Peanuts purchased yesterday and brought it back with the coupon today to purchase with 25% off. The SA just said that I would need to return all the items I purchased and buy back everything from the floor, which was fine since they still had everything in stock.
There were a lot more people today and mostly everyone there was purchasing the new Peanuts line. The SA said they did have a decent stock of the items but another said they went through the first batch in a few hours yesterday.
Now, just to return a few items from the FOS =)

I have never received an outlet coupon. Was this something you signed up for and, if so, how/where?
I believe it is sent to customers who receive Factory Online Sales notifications. This one happens to be a tiered discount so anything over $250 receives an additional 25% off.
Yes, it's sad that they care so little about doing their jobs well.
I wonder why I never get these? I buy from COACH and COACH outlet all the time...

I think he's on the wrong career path. The manager at the outlet here volunteered to do a C/S if I wanted the large Bennett because she knew they weren't getting that one. His hat? I was thinking a bit lower... :giggles:

I think you need the code from the coupon too... like a PCE. The one I got said one-time use only and had a barcode on it.
Oh gee I hope they don't judge store sales by first day! I'm sure the one here sold next to nothing due to the snow storm. They did have a ton of stuff on hold for pickup today though. When they went to pull my bag o'goodies, there were at least 4 other bags as big - or bigger - in that closet. So, Peanuts is popular here just not during a snow storm. Maybe Coach didn't consider the weather conditions for some areas.
Given that extra 25% off, an extra wallet - or two! - may have found their way into my collection. Seriously... $75 for those nice accordion zip wallets is a great price. I had already purchased the saddle color but also got the chalk and red as well. For that price, I won't freak out so much over that white leather. And the Snoopy hugging Woodstock coordinates well with my chalk Woodstock tote.
Speaking of... whoever said the chalk totes in that odd material already looked dirty on display? They do! It's so unfortunate! Those would be gorgeous if they were in the original style leather because that design is too cute.
It sounds like the outlets are making up their own rules for price adjusts. I did a return/rebuy, but could just rebuy items I already had, I didn't have to pick from the store stock. I also could use the same credit card.
