I had a feeling it was not as it was though is anything anymore lol. I do agree with you definitely a false description.
Ask this question question in the LV forum or the Goyard forum where we have paid thousands of dollars for coated canvas.
The coach coated canvas is more like dooney and Burke. Not like goyard and Def not Vuitton standard. Imo of having pieces from each.

My tote arrived Friday, I live in Florida, usually takes two days for me but kudos to Caoch for the quick shipping
I posted the care card from my tote, it seems to be fabric not leather as the website stated, I am truly disappointed with it, it doesn't even have the cross grain feel, I have a city tote in cross grain that has more give or flexibility, it doesn't smell of leather but than again not all leather purses do, it does have a slight chemical smell but that could be from the packing or even the Snoopy image. The tote itself over all is just lacking in Coach's craftsmanship, to me it seems quickly produced, even the Hangtag seems poorly made.
I know GApeach recieved her tote also and is equally disappointed with it
It is a shame because the image is so cute and I thought I could live with the tote not being leather but each time I look at it reminds me of a purse from Claire's

*sigh* That's a pretty big mistake. I wonder how many returns they're going to be deluged with because of that. I also wonder if they didn't do that accidentally on purpose to see if people would keep them anyway. :cry:
Do you know if the Bennet satchels were listed as canvas too? They're the other ones that don't look smooth in the pics - they look like the totes.
Not harsh at all! I'd not be so irked if these were sold at Claire's pricepoint, but to claim them - and price them - as leather is really low.

Oh, gosh. Although i do know what your getting at. I was worried when i heard of a MFF release whether they could pull it off well. I mean, the drawings are cute and the bag styles are a good choice but seems overall they have fallen flat with the material choices.
Tho i have to admit my wristlet was pricey from the FP release.. but it is outstanding leather, and to have a registered character does raise the cost of anything... tough thing for Coach to pull off @ the MFF level. Of coarse those who never saw the FP lines let alone own any, will be pleased to have any of it so i don't want to knock it entirely.
The Schleich figures? They're just cute little rubber figurines. They've made them for decades now, and there are tons of them in many different poses. They're easy to get hooked on collecting.
The MFF wristlet I dare say rivals the wrislet/folio I have from the first release, and it's even cuter. I just really like the image of snoopy kissing the Coach logo, when the 1st release came in the wonderful black box with that image I wish it was available on one of the items, so when there was MFF version I didn't even think I just put it in my cart and pressed buy. Now I wished I had purchased another wrislet.
