Does anyone remember the list price on the little Snoopy oval tiny bags? Thanks!
Don't even get me started about how many items I had that couldn't be returned...I was an avid outlet shopper. And I thought they were going to honor the unlimited policy until Dec 2014 but not when I went in Nov. 2014. Aiya...
Even 3 months would be better at this point.I'll have to try Macy's, Bloomie's or Nordstorm's first next time.
I'm sure corporate Coach has gotten an earful from customers since Sept 2014 and the policy still hasn't changed.
Oh well *off to stroke my Snoopy Coach items, my precious...*
If you're talking about the tiny crossbody ones from the 2nd run, they were $170 USD.
I have a dilemma - I love Coach Snoopy products but I am really unhappy with Coach's customer service and strict adherence to the 60 day return policy. I'm debating if I want to return the rest of my stuff in protest before my 60 days is up.
*Please skip if you don't want to hear complaints about Coach's customer service*

I bought the Snoopy saddle tote late June. I then was able to get the Snoopy hugging Woodstock saddle surrey from JAX. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep 1 or both. I finally went in on day 59 but misplaced the card it was charged to. Coach would only credit to that specific card or store credit. The SA (whose name I can't remember) said that if I found the card by this past Monday, he would still do the return. By the time, I found the card and had time, I went to try and return the purse last night and was told No, I could not return it. It had been 70 days and since the store had already sent back the Snoopy collection, it was really too late/old. I asked if it was still possible to get store credit - no. I felt like I was treated like a criminal who was trying to get away with something.
I just called Coach customer service. Same answer with the same attitude. I admit, I was mad and irritated and asked to speak to their manager since I was getting nowhere with the rep. The phone rep kept on saying - this policy has been in place since September 2014 and that the policy was changed since there were customers who were returning bags 10 years later. I replied - I'm not trying to return a bag that's 10 years old - it's only 70 days old. And that I've spent over $2000 on this Snoopy collection but that they were willing to lose me as a customer over this return? Anyway, the manager had too many calls and they wanted to call me back. I said, never mind, I'll call back.
Okay, I admit I'm part of the problem here - I took too long to decide to return my purse but Coach's inflexibility made the situation worse. I love Snoopy but now when I look at the purse, all I see is how embarrassed I was made to feel at the Coach retail store. I just don't feel valued at all by Coach as their customer. What do you guys think?
Macy's gives you forever! Zappos gives you a year, but 4 years if you purchase on leap year day!Bloomies and Nordies allow returns for a year. It's a great policy and reason I use them. Plus bonus points.

Coach is losing some of my business due to this policy. If I have a choice between purchasing at Coach or Macy's, I'll pick Macy's because of the return policy. Plus I feel the salesperson who handles the return at Macy's will be more likely to be gracious about it. I have a bag right now that I can't decide if I want to keep. As I get closer to the 60 days, I'll just return it rather than take a chance that I'll forget to do it in time.

A little something for your sweet tooth. Benefits of working at a supermarket.

The last time I was in a Macy's, don't have one near me, there was a sign by the Coach that said Coach returns were 60 days. I thought they were echoing Coach policy.
