I'll believe it when I see it. There was a gal on here who ordered the blue taxi, but they sent her the blue surrey.

That was me! :smile1: Still on the lookout for the blue taxi tote.

QueenLouis, congrats on getting the black Dancing Snoopy surrey satchel at the retail price! :smile1:
I love my saddle Snoopy hugging Woodstock surrey satchel!

I called JAX last night and they are sold out of the Snoopy taxi tote in all colors. I'm gonna keep on checking - I want that blue tote! :smile1:

I made an offer on the Snoopy wallet on ebay and got it for $255. Fingers crossed that it arrives in good shape. I normally do not like this style of wallet but Snoopy won me over. :p

Last week, I returned a bunch of the Peanuts stuff back to the retail store. I really appreciate now being able to see stuff in the store and decide. I know I ordered so much because I wanted the chance to see it in person and figure out if I liked it.

USPS is releasing A Charlie Brown Christmas stamps this year! And they're Forever stamps too. Love all the Peanuts stuff coming out this year. :graucho:

Which wallet did you get? Black with a white Snoopy sihouette? That is actually a great deal, because it was retail $250 plus tax.

Charlie Brown Christmas stamps-imagine them on Charlie Brown Christmas cards!

On Ebay a couple days ago there was a used small Snoppy sterling silver charm. That seller has had similar charm of everything else, like a horse, ballerina, etc. that sold for $5-$12 ish, all used. That Snoppy charm sold for a whopping $51! Of course in the CoachWorld, $51 isn't bad.

Ooh I'd like to get those stamps this year!

I'll bet they're happy! It looks like not long before that, the identical charm sold for around $10 (with Joe Cool and Woodstock the same or less). I had to check that auction to see if someone got a steal on a Cartier.

There's a seller with a number of really nice Snoopy charms. I didn't get anything from the current Zales offerings because I'm familiar with older pieces and those are a bit larger / heavier / nicer / etc. but harder to come by. I've purchased from this seller when she had a store. I think she's selling her old inventory now, but it's all absolutely legit (and she has some small cosmetic bags as well):

USPS is taking pre-orders for the Charlie Brown Christmas items. The actual postage stamps are on sale October 1st, but you can pre-order now to make sure you get what you want (they have collector-y things too!)

Ooh, the Cornelius Hollander pendants! :) I love them and have a few. :p
I'm still after the Cartier gold Snoopy standing pendant - hoping it shows up again when I have money! :smile1:

I have a dilemma - I love Coach Snoopy products but I am really unhappy with Coach's customer service and strict adherence to the 60 day return policy. I'm debating if I want to return the rest of my stuff in protest before my 60 days is up.

*Please skip if you don't want to hear complaints about Coach's customer service*
(I apologize if this doesn't belong on this thread. Mods, please move or delete if this is not appropriate.)

I bought the Snoopy saddle tote late June. I then was able to get the Snoopy hugging Woodstock saddle surrey from JAX. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep 1 or both. I finally went in on day 59 but misplaced the card it was charged to. Coach would only credit to that specific card or store credit. The SA (whose name I can't remember) said that if I found the card by this past Monday, he would still do the return. By the time, I found the card and had time, I went to try and return the purse last night and was told No, I could not return it. It had been 70 days and since the store had already sent back the Snoopy collection, it was really too late/old. I asked if it was still possible to get store credit - no. I felt like I was treated like a criminal who was trying to get away with something.

I just called Coach customer service. Same answer with the same attitude. I admit, I was mad and irritated and asked to speak to their manager since I was getting nowhere with the rep. The phone rep kept on saying - this policy has been in place since September 2014 and that the policy was changed since there were customers who were returning bags 10 years later. I replied - I'm not trying to return a bag that's 10 years old - it's only 70 days old. And that I've spent over $2000 on this Snoopy collection but that they were willing to lose me as a customer over this return? Anyway, the manager had too many calls and they wanted to call me back. I said, never mind, I'll call back.

Okay, I admit I'm part of the problem here - I took too long to decide to return my purse but Coach's inflexibility made the situation worse. I love Snoopy but now when I look at the purse, all I see is how embarrassed I was made to feel at the Coach retail store. I just don't feel valued at all by Coach as their customer. :nogood: What do you guys think?

I have to say that's not bad customer service. Those are employees, with no authority, following the rules. I can't break the rules of my company to try to be nice to someone. I'd get reprimanded or fired.

I've always been required to have the exact card used for purchase in order to get a full refund.

I don't like the new 60 day return policy. But we were aware of it before this Snoopy line came out.

Employees anywhere don't have much flexibility in policies like those.

I was actually away from Coach when the policy changed. Snoopy brought me back after being absent for 3 years. :smile1:

I'm a little calmer now. I still love my Snoopy Coach items and now I can't find some of the receipts. It's like they don't want to be returned. :p

Lessons learned: not to buy anything unless it's a for sure. And don't order so much when you can't even see the item beforehand. And definitely return the item before the 60 days are up.

Hopefully, for the next Peanuts collection (if there is one), Coach will have the whole range in the stores so you can really check out the items before deciding to buy something.

I was away while the policy changed too, and was peeved because I had a couple bags purchased under the unlimited return policy that I couldn't return anymore. But I knew the new policy before making any new purchases under it.

I'm all for making complaints to Coach corporate about it. Macy's is still 180 days I believe. Going from unlimited to 60 days was pretty extreme. They could have eased it down with a year or 6 months first.

Thanks for the tip about USPS stamps. Cute charms too!

Don't even get me started about how many items I had that couldn't be returned...I was an avid outlet shopper. And I thought they were going to honor the unlimited policy until Dec 2014 but not when I went in Nov. 2014. Aiya...

Even 3 months would be better at this point. ;) I'll have to try Macy's, Bloomie's or Nordstorm's first next time.
I'm sure corporate Coach has gotten an earful from customers since Sept 2014 and the policy still hasn't changed.

Oh well *off to stroke my Snoopy Coach items, my precious... :p*

Yes, that's the one! It was Buy It Now for $300 and I offered $250. I figured that was a reasonable price since it was the retail price. :smile1:

Hee! Somebody knows her Snoopy jewelry! I liked the Circle Fine Art pieces too, though they didn't hold a license long.

This is an excellent suggestion. Coach corporate needs to hear customer feedback on this policy. 60 days is reasonable BUT there should be some wiggle room for managers to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to extend that or not. That's just common sense and makes for a good feeling for whoever the retailer is.

Example: Ulta has a deadline but when I went to return a totally-did-nothing color mascara a couple of weeks past the deadline, they knew 100% what I was saying when I explained I literally could not get out of my driveway the past few weeks (we'd had the 2nd snowiest winter ever, and our city doesn't plow like Chicago or Boston or some super snowy cities and if you're the least bit rural, forget it). They allowed the return without a hassle. I don't make a habit of it, and I do appreciate their bending the rules, but at the same time it only seems reasonable that they did.

That's one of those listings I don't get at *all*! I guess they were stuck with something they absolutely didn't want and couldn't return, because after they buy the wallet for retail + tax, then pay eBay/Paypal a commission (roughly 13%) they've lost money. Congrats on a good deal!!
