Comments: Please authenticate. I've always wanted the indigo. Thanks :)

It looks authentic to me. Also, the blindstamp is consistant with the year of release of that combination.

The only thing I do not like about this bag (and all the bags of that combination I saw that year) is the huge grain of the Togo there were made of. But that's just me, of course.

I compleately agree, Perlerare. Also, the price is quite high, in my opinion. I've seen this combo and size sell for much less.

This is a real issue, and it is one that should lower the price of the bag. Hardware can be replaced by Hermes, but it is time-consuming and comes at a cost. At the very least you should find out what the cost of this would be and factor it into the price. I would not enjoy a bag with a bent turnkey and I would expect some real price negotiations with the seller.

I just checked at Hermes about having a bent toggle replaced/repaired and was told by my SA that it would run $200 US. Also, the bag will be with Hermes for about 2 months, which IMO, is the larger issue.

I agree with this. I have a thing about buying a bag for a lot of money and then having to get it fixed. I would not use a bag with a bent turnkey. It must be replaced and I really wonder what kind of storage and/or use this bag really had that this happened. I am presuming that the owner decided to dump the bag over getting it fixed. It can be fixed, but it is time and money.

The bag is authentic.
It is in excellent condition, besides the dent toggle, wich was probably an accident.
The cost and time involved in changing the toggle is very few compared to the value of the bag and the time involved to get the exact same one, NEW.

My opinion is that this bag deserves to get a new toggle and continue its life that's just started !

If I wanted to buy this bag, I would contact the seller and seriously negociate with them. Seller is pefectly aware of the issue, and if they are sincerly willing to sell this bag, I am sure they will enter in negociation.

Hi Ladies,
Can you authenticate this for me? Thanks.

Sorry, I accidentally posted before I was done.

Not familiar with this style, but it looks authentic to me.
I have never seen such a blindstamp , but I haven't seen all bags Hermes have produced, so a bit of humility might be required here....
Anyone else ?

I understand your point about the potential rarity of the bag. I think I am more concerned that the seller did not mention this in the ad.

^^I agree. I would have been screaming in caps "LOOK AT THIS TURNKEY BEFORE YOU BID". Mentioning this in the copy is only fair, and thoughtful. I am fascinated with the color and the leather, and a little troubled by the omission.
