the SA of my current country said the system doesn't sync with Asia where I had purchased something a few years ago so I am counted as a new client. And they made me feel like "if the spend wasn't huge, you don't need to bother letting us know" the day I walked in. I didn't ask my SA in Asia because it was a few years ago and I don't think I qualify for the spend anyway :sad:

Do you have any family in Asia with a prespend that would be able to purchase it under their name? Then they can ship it to you.

Or you can wait until the silver obsidian is available as a 5 Motif Bracelet. When it is, purchase the bracelet, and let them know you’re also interested in the matching HP. I’m sure there will be plenty left over, like last year.

This is disappointing. I believe VCA purposely and knowingly sell to resellers - it is sales after all and resellers are not fussy. They are probably the most loyal customers?

Shopping at VCA recently is no longer what it used to be. I feel that VIP status is determined by individual SAs or boutique with criteria set by them to maximise local sales. 80k, 100k … 1 million?

If an SA does not make you feel great about shopping, perhaps it is time to move on?

I can empathise. I purchased consistently and a lot from 3 different countries because I moved for work and the best they can do is a wish list. It’s a real turnoff and to add salt to wound, the reseller in my country has offered it 2 hours after the boutiques have opened. Well I’m annoyed to say the least!

I just got mine.I chose one out of 3pcs. People here say they have quite difference about the color,but it was not much, it depends on the lighting. First I saw mine, it looked darkest,but when I checked them on the different lighting,postion...mine looked lightest.
My SA also told me this stone has not much difference compared with the previous hp collections.

This will be so much better than silver obsidian ~~~ I saw both in person I really like the grey mop much more~ but magic and typical VA serve different styling purposes so can’t really compare
