It means that I'm usually "just not that into" black leather vs other lovely neutrals that I'm drawn to so much more. I love navy, taupe, tan and beige so much, and pale metallic gold. Even dark brown, grey, ivory, cream, white...Are all just so appealing that I can't usually bring myself to choose black when I'm selecting a color for luscious leather. Also I feel like you can't admire the grain of the leather as well in black, that all black leather looks very similar, regardless of quality. But in lighter neutrals I feel that really nice leather can really shine and show off without being lost in the color black.
The delices was there in black and beige and I totally wanted the beige. Plus the beige was only $350!!!! I mean holy smokes Batman. Wonderful price.
That said, of course black is the ultimate neutral matching most of my shoes and pants. If I had a black bag that I loved......Hmmmm...... Definitely food for thought!
