Remember that you wouldn't want to settle! Just because the bag is available for cheap!
Right?!

Remember the wisdom I have read here before: if you wouldn't gladly buy it at full price, then don't buy it on sale.
You girls are so right. But, gosh it’s hard to pass up deals. :whut: I just have to remember that “deals” and almost bags were how I got my “collection” to 150 bags I didn’t want. :hrmm:

I promised to show my Frye spur boots I scored second hand for €20 including shipping!!

Trying to find the silver lining in the temperatures dropping thirty degrees F (15 degrees C) in a couple days. I get to wear my boots to keep my feet toasty!
Love then!
I’m having a hard time deciding which bags to take on my upcoming trip. It will be rainy per forecast. I have my trusty Longchamps, but I really would have wanted to carry something else. I was eyeing the Proenza tote as it is lightweight, but since it’s nubuck then NO! I’ve decided against the Massaccesi midi Angel because of weight. Normally when we leave the (Airbnb) apartment in the morning, we come back already in the evening. So lightweight is important. Plus the bag should be big enough for a jacket/sweater. I think I will end up with my Longchamps...No issue really except that every trip my bag photos are the same.

What about your SDJ?

Here’s my Kate Spade leather planner. I haven’t used it much since I’ve transitioned to the calendar on my iPhone, but don’t want to get rid of it either. It’s a perfect shade of red, and feels so nice to hold.

The inserts are always fun, too.

I love your KS Agenda, it’s a beautiful red! I am a paper gal - I use a Leuchtturm notebook to bullet journal (calendar, to do lists, journaling, etc). My current notebook is gold.

Great boots and what a steal! I have a pair of Frye Melissa Button tall black boots that I love.

A few weeks ago I treated myself to an Hermès scarf as a pre-surgery present (any excuse for a present, right???). It arrived the day after the operation, which was good timing, but of course it didn't look like much of anything with my nightgown! Here it is now, in all its glory...

Great scarf mail, pretty picture! I hope you’re on the mend.

Thank you! And - get well soon, Elaine and Sparkle! [emoji253]

I think, I have to elaborate on that. I am already two bags in, this year, but the itch is strong. I am lacking green, blue and multi-colour in my collection. A lot of my bags are excellent for work, big enough for sheets of paper. So, I could do something on the smaller side, for weekends and more casual outings. This Kate Spade was on my list - which is somehow sad now - but I would get a lot more all year round use from the Coach Parker. And I am lusting for these BV bags but have to wait for the day they might become available... at a good price... To sum up: I would love to find something new but do not want to spend a four digit sum at the moment. The Parker ticks all the boxes but I am confused nevertheless. We are going to an open air concert on Saturday, this would be a perfect occasion to wear it. I will see. Scroll down for pictures!

I think this is a great bag. Although I’ve been happy to see Coach bounce back and up their quality in recent years, they styles haven’t drawn me in.

This bag however, instantly caught my eye. It’s such a cute and carefree flap bag. Interesting but not fussy.

And I am all about multi colored bags lately. I just think they are so cute and give an outfit depth. I really want to add one or two to my collection.

I think this is a win. Enjoy!!!

I find this pretty! But you have to make sure that you will use it. There are people who do not care about matching. But if you do (I do too!), you have to check that the colors will not prevent you from using the bag.

What a fun design... it looks like licorice candy! How do you anticipate using it?

I love the Cabat and the other BV bag. Do you love the Parker bag or are you just itching for something new? Will it fill a gap in your collection or is this replacing another bag? It’s pretty, I hope you get to wear it often.

I love all these- they're so different! I'm a a huge sucker for wicker basket-type bags, though they're REALLY awkward for me to use.

I thought I'd commented on the Parker- it's gorgeous! I kept picking it up when it first came out, though I'd have to agree w MSD, as it would drive me nuts to have to match-match the colors on that bag. (Unless all black of course!) It really is a nice bag.

Okay, update on the purse front: I returned bag number three... It was a LC LP SH in S which I bought preloved. Condition and price were great but the handles differed considerably in length!?!? Never encountered this before and it made me quite suspicious. Then, the bag I ordered arrived yesterday: It would be my first Coach bag and is multi-coloured, the Parker. I thought of a smaller, casual weekend bag. Weight of 0.6 kg is ok. Alternative would be the BV Olimpia but the second hand market situation is confusing, it costs a lot more and would not be as carefree. And I would chose a timeless colour, most probably. Now I have to see whether the Parker really matches my wardrobe. The colours are the colours of my other bags, black, grey, camel and pink. Any thoughts?

Very nice! Parker in black is the next bag I'm considering. I like your colorful one, but the colors wouldn't go with my wardrobe. Did you find it matches with yours?

Lovely! I use a leather planner just because it is such a pleasant ritual for me!

I *loved* using a planner (Filofax, if anyone is as old as I am, LOL) and playing with all the tabs and charts and inserts. I've transitioned to medium sized moleskins, but still don't have everything on the iPhone. I did not even know Kate Spade made a planner system - from everything you've said (and these cute pix) I'm almost tempted to revive it!
Momasaurus, I used to use a Moleskine and just started using Filofaxes a few years ago. I wanted to be able to add/remove pages, and the leather is so beautiful. My favorites are the Malden and Lockwood. Buttery leather. I miss the compact Moleskine size but enjoy the leather too much to give up the Filofaxes. :)

I still prefer agendas. I tell people I have to check y agenda at home before I can commit to something. It helps when they are standing next to me and it’s not something I want to do. Also if my phone got stolen or lost I would not loose all my appointments.
This is great! Did you watch Seinfeld? Elaine's electronic device won't stop beeping, it gets tossed out the window, and she loses all her contacts.
