Speaking of multiples, I have tried to avoid them since I overdid it with RM MAMs (maybe at 20 at some point), which I now have down to 3 but intend on keeping only 1. But I have not totally made it since I have the following:

1. AMQ Padlock bag - I have in black and in birch
2. Marc Jacobs Single - black and pink
3. Longchamp Cuir (leather) - not exact multiples since 1 is small (red) and 1 is medium (blue)
4. Dior Panarea - again, different sizes - 1 small (black) and 1 beige (medium)
5. various Longchamp Le Pliage nylons

I totally forgot about my Longchamp LP multiples! [emoji85]

With my Selene midi in medium gray Verona today. I think I abuse my trunk bag too much it's time to change out. [emoji28] This is one of a few gray in my closet and I love the shade. It's perfect. [emoji4]

Forget the photo. I'm not familiar with Android and how it works on app. View attachment 4068301
I wish I could have a non-structured bag in Verona. My first order was a mistake (for me) because it was Verona in a structured style (Angelica) which did not work. I was hoping to get a Verona bag again but there are just new leathers and styles, and also it is not the lightest of MM leathers. I hope MM will still have some when I'm ready. I love this combi style/leather of yours!

Random musings: i realizing I have very few color holes anymore so I'm looking forward to later in the year and next year getting to slowly indulge in less versatile colors, too. Like ocher and Terra cotta in autumn and yellow and coral next summer, dark green next winter and mauve and slate anytime...

Do you guys try to plug up color holes in your collection? Just me?
depends on what colour it is
When i was working on finding a perfect red, i did 'plug up' all possible holes, i.e. got a hobo, got a big tote, got a small crossbody messenger, but if it's something complicated, like green (too many shades, hardly any works well for me), then i will play it safe, 99% i will not get a bag (at least, not premier), but might put a charm, or some other accessory (to tie up the look) on a neutral bag.
Hope, it makes sense.... :)

I just got back from a girls’ trip to Nashville - I brought Longchamp Le Pliage, Gucci Soho Disco and Chanel WOC.

Congratulations on your thorough purge, increased space and decreased stress.

It’s lovely, congratulations on your Antigona!
That was a great trip. I love getting bags when I’m on vacation. It makes them so much more special. What colors did you get

Who else here has/had 3 (or 3 +) same bags? Please say how you arrived at multiples.

There only 2 models of bags I have 3 of. Interestingly both were first designed more than 70 years ago.

H Bolide. I have 3, 2 x 35s and a travel size Web. The travel size is prob closer to the original of 1923. They are basically the only H bag I thought I'd ever want besides a Black Box Kelly. I was partly right, except I'm glad I have the other models too but Bolides are so easy in all respects. Can't think of another to add except as I said to go exotic. They are prob more 'me' than a Kelly but then I've always been drawn to rounded bags.

Gucci BTH are my signature bags (and also rounded). I have 2 Large and one Med. The large is actually closer to the original size. When I wear them I feel like myself and I know what I'm doing with them. Like Bolides they stay organised inside and they also have hand-friendly handles as well as detachable shoulder straps. The bamboo handles are cool in the Summer and warm-up in the Winter. My med is a Bamboo Bold and was always going to be more formal but they always look both a little bit fancy and tough. Like Bolides too, you can dress them up if you want but the design is actually really strong on its own.
I have three Valentino glamlocks. Two in large discontinued size and one medium. I truly adore this bag, but only drawback is that medium size is a bit smaller than I need. This has stopped me from purchasing another one. Also the color of medium is perfect yellow as I find Chanel yellow flaps to be difficult to decide on. The Jumbo is too bold in yellow and the medium large is way to small for me. Anyway so that’s how I arrived at magical three.

I have 4 Chanel CF Jumbos which I adore. This bag is my preferred style so it makes sense to own multiple in my core colors. I would like to add another if I can decide on the color. Also who can buy just 1 Chanel?

Oh sure it does. I feel the same way about green. So hard! That may never work. Yellow is going to be only slightly easier maybe....

I lean towards having different sizes and shapes in neutral or easy to use colors that go with my wardrobe. Then I might add a color or two.
