My greys
2016:
• Chanel medium pearly grey lamb classic flap
• Metallic grey surfed lamb Jimmy Choo Large Biker BagView attachment 3669867
2017
Kept the two above and added
• Chanel charcoal grey lamb single classic flap jumbo with Bijoux chain

The Jimmy Choo really changes color in different light.

I still plan to get a proper grey ladies handheld bag.

I think this is the first time I see your Jimmy Choo clearly. It looks really cuddly. And that jumbo bijoux is really beautiful.

I was really sad when Balenciaga stopped making bags with rose gold hardware!

Me, too. I didn't really care when it first launch, but after a while, it's proven to be a nice option for a less-bling giant hardware. I think they had to eliminate it coz they want to downsize the giant hardware and the RGGH seem to similar to RH. [emoji20]

How do you like the Penelope messenger? I see lots of rave in the thread. But I mean... it's such a simple looking bag. And doesn't seem to hold much. [emoji848]
I like it a lot. Yes, it's simple. Some bags just are, right? Celine has a much more expensive version. I opted for Massaccesi because it does just as well for its purpose---to hold just the essentials, i.e., small wallet, keys, lip gloss, plus a few small items.

Good point!! I couldn't believe the price of the Trio when I first saw it. :confused1:
Love your greys! Sometimes I miss my MM midi Minerva pearl grey like yours (regular flap length though). But pebbled Minnie just didn't work for me and I'm much happier with my nappa one without center zip compartment.

Vink - I'm always wowed by your Granville!!

Bake - love seeing your cutie Speedy! Get well soon.

Now that you mention Celine, yeah... I see your point now. I never think of the it before. And now I understand why I don't really understand the rave about it. I never understand the rave about the Trio as well. Stuff will budge out and it holds so little. It also remind me of pouches that's sold at flea market, but of course, the Celine version is much sleeker and offer a neat vibe. Still, it looks like envelopes sewn together to me. At least, the MM version has width in the bottom and can hold stuff. [emoji848]

Yeah.... I don't like bags that's flat. I don't like people to see what I put in my bag or to guess what's in there from the budging out. I now understand why. [emoji4]
Thank you so much! [emoji4]

My grey/taupe/nude-s
nothing fancy, i don't use them much, but whatever i have is here:
left to right
Prada soft calf with funky plactic chain handles, lovely bag, but not an every day work horse, sees the day light a few times a year
BV Large Veneta in Poussin, is used regularly enough
a'la Python cow skin print tote, made in Italy, still brand new, one of my few mistakes made in the begining of journey, she is a nice bag, but just didn't work for me, waiting for a right moment to be either gifted or sold.
flat round pig skin bag, which is dear to me and will remain in my collection forever  my DH gifted it to me for our 3rd anny, he chose it all by himself....
above it another Italian no-brand hobo-like bag (with a ribbon), it was my work horse for quite some time, and it's quite handy, but i just had enough of it. So, she is still in the collection, but most probably will be either gifted, or used as a beater bag.
then comes MK, cow leather, snake print, small hobo, one of my few very first "high end designer" acquisitions... i don't use it any longer, i got many a lot better working for me hobos, no idea why i still keep it... it is in 'like new' condition, and i should probably sell it...
my first ever BV - Sloane in Aurora, gets enough use in a year but i am babying it :) she is my first one :)
