I go once every year. There's two, one with just Coach and Kate Spade, then one with premiere brands. lol I avoid the premiere brand one, cuz I can't be good there.

And I'm also near Beverly Hills, South Coast Plaza, and short drive to San Diego's shops. So when sales happen, I can go anywhere. Haha. It's an effort to avoid it.

I bought this! The strap from Kate Spade and it comes with the tassels. After I saw Spark posted it here, I went to their site and I found this one. I like that it's glittering and blue. I figure if the length is right, it'd be good for all my Bal. I rarely wear them now coz the strap length dictate me to only carry it on the side and with DD moving, it doesn't fit my lifestyle anymore, but I still love them and want to wear them. I called the boutique to see if it's in yet, and the answer was no. Anyway, I dropped by the store unplanned and voila! It's there and they're having a sale! So, I tried it on and I think I can wear it crossbody with the Bal. I really hope to put it in good use next year. .
The only gripe is that the glitter can fall. They may be gone or go bald in some spot. But I think that means I'd already have a good time using it.

Not all of them, but most. I am sure I do not want to do any business with anyone locally with a language barrier. I also don't get my haircut here, for the same reason! But otherwise good idea. I'm also so so picky and browse hundreds of artists on etsy or online in general before initiating a custom with them. And the success rate is quite good but oh when there's disappointment, it is heartbreak! I take things way too seriously!
I am starting to miss the buying and selling EUC premier bags from eBay because if it doesn't work out you don't usually lose much on the turnover if you are careful with your budget threshold and spend a lot of time searching for deals. Which I'm willing to do while nursing the baby.

The KS strap and tassels are cute but the glitter coming off would bother me! Living vicariously throughyou! Please share pics with it on your bal!!

I've been meaning to get one of these and will see if they are on sale online. I think they would look cute with my all black YSL. I think I read somewhere that if you use hairspray on glittered items they are more likely to stay out. Of course you should test a tiny spot first. But, let me see if I can scrounge up the article I saw.
Vink, here are a couple of options to keep the glitter in place. It seems hairspray is an option. Fabric glue and modge podge are also mentioned. I even saw some options using spray starch and fixative spray used for charcoal paintings. So I think you have some options. But pleeeeeasse test a tiny area no matter which way you decide to go. That strap is adorable!!!
