Santa did a good job at our house! :biggrin: My favorite gift: a new laptop to replace my old dud (yippee! that thing was awful) and a "coupon" to pick out a new laptop bag.

Anyone else get something they were hoping for?? (Bag or non bag?)

We had a late, heavy breakfast so now I'm settling down for a nap before I serve up late night dinner.

Hope all of you who celebrate Christmas are having a great time!

Did I share the super cute gifts my coworker's got me?

(Apparently there's more to come, half decided to give gifts after the holidays for more shopping time haha).

Pusheen is a badge holder!!! [emoji7] it's adorable!! I'll rotate it between this and my Kate Spade one.

Also, one of my favorite gifts wasn't expensive at all!
This snow globe from my family in England, which DBF carefully brought back for me.

Can't wait until my next trip! Definitely going back again next year! I better stay on my resolutions next year, I want to go all out again on my next trips haha.

Lol and I forgot to share my bag, didn't I?

Last minute change, I think by now you all know I'm partial to my Speedy 20, but lately the Chanel flap has been matching my dressy outfits.

Clearly, one flap is all I need haha. So happy I got this in classic black, but surprisingly, Chanel is a lot more flashy than some of my LVs. My relatives naturally noticed more than usual on this bag than my others.


But in my determination to enjoy everything I own, I don't care lol. Luckily that visit was short and the next family group is actually going to be at my house this year since half of my cousins are sick. Poor things. Sick at Christmas.

All the gifts were well thought out, both from others and me [emoji6]

The snow globe was a surprise. Someone had showed me one on Instagram and I kept searching for it but couldn't find it! So it's amazing that I got one as a gift and it's absolutely awesome.

Spark - What a very useful and practical gift! And the GC for the laptop bag is a nice touch. [emoji3]

DC - overall, do you think the bag can still work for you? I know how we discuss about keeping bags that we love/that work for us. But sometimes there's a sentimental side to things that we can't just set aside . I, for one, would like to replace my LV monogram, but it's practically a gift from a sister and the story behind it is so touching that in the end I will not dare let go. Unless...I receive a cue from my sister that it's okay. In your case, the gift receipt is your cue, but you have to weigh things nevertheless.

And sometimes when I want to see a person's bag I just tell them! That way they don't think I'm weird and they feel flattered because I show them how interested in am in their bag. :smile:
