So, today I decide to wear my Regalo. :) It's the only bag that's big enough to accommodate stuff I'm taking.

I'm going back to my Wide horn tomorrow.

It surprises me that I don't find the wide horn model on Bally's website anymore. Maybe they decided to discontinue the model? They still have the coated canvas listed there, but not in this model. I feel so lucky I decided to pull the trigger when I could. :)

Cool looking bag!

Do you have more bags since you started in this thread or less. Even though I bought quite a bit I have gotten rid of more. So for me the answer is a lot less.

I don't think I kept proper records in 2014 to know how many I started off with, but I think I have about the same but better- premiere brands in styles that work for me.

I purged a lot of my entry level bags (the bags I pretty much started off with, no names and contemporary brands) since either I had grown tired of them, had bought them because they were bargains that didn't really fit my needs but were pretty. Now that I have to plop quite a bit of money down for the ones I want now, I feel that being in this thread really keeps me from being crazy with random, more expensive purchases that won't work out for me.

I think over all I've evened out for bags - the first 2 years i had sales and purchases. in the wallets department i have less though. I'm thinking of my goal for next year and I anticipate that my numbers should go down as next year will probably be a more focused year on paring down.

If you could design your own bag what would it be? For me it would be a tote bag that is not so huge. Perhaps 12" wide by 13 "tall and 4" deep. I would want a ten inch strap drop so I could look in it without removing it off my shoulder. I would want a single open pocket on the back of the bag for my cell and glasses, but would want the front to have clean lines. Inside I would want two slip pockets and a large back wall zip pocket that would fit a full size wallet should I want to use one. What would you want?

This is a tough question. :) I'm trying to think about it. I just keep looking at my wide horn I have sit on a chair and although I like it a lot, I wish it has a compartment for a cellphone. (It has only one small separate compartment inside and I have to put my tissue paper, car key, and mobile phone together which isn't my best idea.) I'll think about this more. :)

This, I can answer. :) I got 3 bags this year, but I know I already got rid of bags more than 3 this year so I have lesser bags and I'm more happy with what I have. I still have a huge number of bags in my closet and more than I actually wish I have, but I feel much lighter and happier with them. They're still the same bag, but I feel "more" about them. :)

Why not buy a purse organizer to put in it.

For the premiere brands, price increases are inevitable.

What's your limit on the price difference? $75? $100? Doesn't matter?

I think once a brand raises the price of a single item by $500 or more in one increase (not gradual) then I'm over it. But $100 or less is "easier" to swallow for an increase than $500.

I'd love to use the shape of my horsebit gucci boston and custom fit the straps to a length that is a bit longer than the regular satchel, that can easily go over my shoulders (not so much tote length as that's a bit too much of a drop) and I'd definitely add a zipped pocket on the outside for my cell phone, include a keychain strap inside, 2 zipped pockets on the inside where normally slip pockets would be, another zipped where there usually is one. I'd use nylon for material and leather for the straps, detailed trim, and base (for more structure)

Agreed.. unless they raise it 4 times a year =(
