Green would have been my second choice (though that particular green is harder for me to style) and the turquoise tweed is just totally not my thing. I believe the Hudson Yards Neiman Marcus has a black leather maxi Chanel 19 left in stock. That would have been my third choice. (If I could choose anything that actually existed I’d have chosen the navy/black tweed bag and if I could have anything I want from my fantasy I’d have chosen a black and metallic threaded boucle tweed!)

I’m on the guaranteed reserve list for the dark beige medium. Does anyone know how long being on these lists usually take? Also I was soooo torn between the black and the dark beige. I LOVE the black 19, but I have a few black Chanels already (1 black 2.55 with ghw, 1 black classic caviar flap with silver hw, and 1 black caviar WOC with ghw) and it seems the black 19 is way harder to get, so out of both impatience and wanting variety I went for the dark beige. Thoughts?

The "small" is actually very roomy, and because of the shape of the bag (soft and not rigid) you can really fill it with a lot in comparison to the classic flaps. IMO, it's the equivalent space wise of a jumbo classic flap.

In the small, I can easily fit my iPhone 11 Pro Max, car keys, long YSL wallet, YSL button card case/small wallet, hand sanitizer spray, pens, and have room to spare. If I really jam it in there, I can fit my mini umbrella too, but I usually keep it out since at that point the bag looks overstuffed. It is definitely a very versatile size and holds a lot more than you'd think it could. It also has a really convenient back pocket that takes up almost the entire back of the purse, where you can slide things like your phone or some cards...

I just bought the Samorga inserts for the small and large sized 19 flaps, so I hope those also help keep the shape of the bag and make it easier for me to switch between bags. :)

When I got on the list back in October November, SA knew when she was receiving them. Perhaps your SA can shed some light on when to expect the bag.

as far as how much it holds, I recently traveled with mine overseas and had the following in my small 19:
LV zippy wallet, 3 passports, reading glasses no case, sunglasses no case, tiny mirror, lipstick, two pens, packets of gum.
The bag didn’t look stuffed nor did lose its shape.
