Does anyone has any suggestions or pic of how they store the long strap on the 19? I want to make sure the strap doesn’t indent the bag. I find myself spending too much time on how to figure out how to store properly. Thanks!

View attachment 5843256Yes, that's the caramel colour alright.Chanel's colour and leather quality seems to vary over the different seasons.
I would say 21P has one of the best quality leather (very puffy and and substantial leather quality) in this caramel colour and I believe this was also the season that the caramel colour was first introduced

I put the strap inside the bag and I got a handle protector to wrap around the handle to prevent the handle from denting the bag. I also store it on its back so even if the handle protector came loose, it won’t get onto the bag.
So far so good, no dents after a year or so!
