Thanks everyone! I ended up ordering the large based on the dimensions. The small is slightly smaller than my Pochette Métis that I currently use as my everyday bag, and I need a little more space. I should get the bag on Tuesday! I’ll try on and share my thoughts once I receive it.

We have the same height. Im not wearing it here cross body but it could give you an idea.

This is not the cookies and cream 19. I have the bag in this pic and it is grey with white and black threads throughout.

I would be hesitant also. It’s a great bag but that price is high especially if it’s been used. Have you tried checking with Chanel customer service to see if they can track the bag down in store? I don’t think this bag was particularly hard to find when it came out. I can’t recall the price I paid for mine but I know it was not that high brand new from the store.

Hi! I mentioned before around here that I managed to get a 20B beige and a 20B black goatskin 19s from my SA. I also just ordered another 20B black goatskin and a 20A black goatskin for my sister and cousin. The boutique still has tons of black (and other colors) old season goatskin 19 bags.
Just thought I’d share in case someone in the UAE is interested!

Hi! I mentioned before around here that I managed to get a 20B beige and a 20B black goatskin 19s from my SA. I also just ordered another 20B black goatskin and a 20A black goatskin for my sister and cousin. The boutique still has tons of black (and other colors) old season goatskin 19 bags.

That’s good to know! Like you, I’m a huge fan of the 19 goatskin. I had the caramel in lamb, although gorgeous and so soft and squishy, it just wasn’t for me. But if it came in a goatskin, that would be a different story.

I may try and reach out to my SA to track a beige goatskin

Looking at the new 19 in black with silver but noticed it’s lamb skin. Is it as durable as goatskin?

I couldn’t stand the goatskin with sheer shine. I got the lambskin, I actually scratched some area and manage to get rid of the marks by using the cloth give and rub it in circling. Lol. I think it’s more durable than normal lambskin for sure cos I have normal lambskin wallet.
I myself is quite concern w the puff so I make sure I stuff at the back side well not just interior

how do you ladies store your Chanel bag? Do you store in the box or display it out? I’m concern about the chain for 19 cos it’s so chunky and would cause dent if displayed out.

My first Chanel bag wanted to get it for special reason and I guess it’s time

Not sure about you ladies but for me I always eye on something tried it and feel something is not right and always ending buying something that’s never on my watchlist… and that’s chanel19 bag. Haha. I like to take care my bags and I’ve gotten the protector stickers at the hardware and it works well!

Wanted to give a shout-out to mbs sa. They are sooooo much better. I went nac wanting to get one but attitude of staff sucks and I decide not to give them the sales. Pop by mbs without expectation and was presented the fresh stock!
