My SA said it‘s shorter. Its waist high on me when worn cross body or just on the shoulder.

The code is indeed the same. But the 21K/21P and 22A NB356 a.k.a. Caramel is different. A member posted a comparison side by side in the 22A thread - page 101

It is different. The 22A is one the left. I didn’t ask for the small to compare as it was a zoo on launch day. My SA was trying to help 5 people at once.

In real life, I automatically liked mine more. The 22A is more brown. Looking at the pics, I don’t know. Both have their appeal.

I bought my favorite color combo, navy with GHW but I got it in medium/large when I initially wanted the small/medium. I don’t know whether I should keep it as I think the small/medium is nicer when I see on other people. Please let me know your opinion whether the medium/large works on my 172cm height?

I think you could wear either one to be honest. But if I had to pick it would be the smaller one.
