I think personally that this bag is on the edge of being too dry, I am not sure the leather has been kept "alive"...again I am not sure.
Other than that, the scuffs and surface information can be dealt with easily, but in a couple of pictures it looks like it may be a bit dry. I would definitely want for others to give opinion on this.
It is also priced OK, but not a steal for a bag that may have "stayed thirsty" too long.
