LOL I'm 25 and I can totally relate. Except for the popcorn part; I don't think I ever had popcorn if it wasn't at the movie theater, and then later when we got a microwave. But everything else, check!
Or you had to wait around all day to tape it off the radio and the DJ usually talked over the beginning and @#*% it all up!

haha me too! i would call and request a song just for this purpose and my song wouldnt play til 3 hours later
I'm 21 and I remember some of that stuff (especially the taping a song off the radio and having the DJ screw it up one lmao!!)
I remember at the end of the 70's early 80's, we had a friend who had a shared phone line with her neighbors. I can't remember what it was called...but was pretty normal in rural areas!!!
So true! I absolutely loved my childhood. I would never want to be a kid nowadays!
