I just saw a skirt at Anthropologie with the same print. It didnt say the brand online though. You could probably contact CS to ask the brand.

brazilian, you are right on! That is definitely the anthropologie skirt--it almost looks to me like LC is wearing the skirt hiked up to her chest along with a black bikini top or bandeau! Seriously--check the link out below to the skirt at anthropologie--it's exactly the same!:

maybe it was a dress version? but u girls are fantastic u can find anything ^^
