What (under $500) handbag are you carrying today?!

I hit post before I had a chance to identify this. It’s my Brahmin medium Asher tote. I think it was right around $300, plus it’s autographed by Joan Martin, one of the cofounders of the company. She was at one of my Dillard’s stores last summer,so I just had to get this :smile: I had to age into Brahmin though. When I was younger they didn’t appeal to me at all. The last five years or so I came to appreciate their beauty. And I’m totally smitten with the little jewelry pocket some of the bags have.

Thank you! I did buy from the website! It's really cute and because it's a wide bag although short lengthwise, it still holds quite a bit. They sell a larger one if you need more space. I didn't like the long hanging leather pieces on the handles but they were removable. The leather is soft, however of course it doesn't compare to the Dylan leather of yesteryear. The handles are a little stiff but cute; I am a sucker for whipstitching.

One other thing, the larger size doesn't seem to come with a crossbody option like the mini does. And I don't really like when the crossbody attaches the way this does, on opposite handles, though it does have it's own dedicated D ring to attach to. So that's my main annoyance. But it's so cute haha.
