Can anybody provide feedback on Chevre leather for birkins? I have been offered a gorgeous black Chevre leather with pink stitching. I don’t have any bags in Chevre so I don’t know much about it. Would love to hear feedback from people that have birkins or Kelly in this leather. How does it do with water, scratches, holding shape, etc.

K28 chevre bougainviller with rogue casque piping
I have a Chevre 30 SO, and a Chevre Chandra Mini Kelly. The leather is durable and holds its shape quite well. I've gotten the SO wet, with no issues. I feel Chevre is a more formal looking leather. Good luck with your decision-- it sounds lovely.
