I am not sure why I glossed over the alma as a possibility before, but I think this is a great contender, and the price point is right as well! Love the Valentino as well! I don't think I can fathom spending 3-4K+ on a mini bag that will only get less than 20 uses a year, so that is why I've never really been into Chanel, despite the beauty!

My newest addition: Mulberry Lily medium in Powder! I found my perfect beige evening bag that easily translates to daytime use. I was very happy with the price and relatively roomy size for an evening bag! It's my first non-satchel bag, to round out my collection
