Great finds! The only bags I find at my local thrifts are really bad fakes...

That's so true! Pao looks so beautifully put together!

And I love the green bag with the handle and long strap probably the most of anything you have found! Nice score! And I am sure you are not a Hoarder! It's nice to live in the abundance of Love! Crazy Coach Hurricane!

Yeah Goodwill is so annoying doing crappy stuff like taking away a 25% off tag. I think I went there... only a couple times last year. The last time I hauled from there ... was the last black Friday. They just have too much greed mixed in for me to bear. However I know I would get over it if it were my only option cause I am a dirty little thrift addict!

Love a silk lining in a blazer. That's my kinda luxury! Free People at thrift prices is always awesome!

Love the stuff made in Canada because it is always well made.

I need someone to come and ... prevent me from returning to this thrift store and buying an $8 yellow wool coat I saw. Long coat. Made of wool. I have so many coats that I am reaching the level of "OK NOW YOU ARE RIDICIULOUS!" But. I want. The. Yellow. One.

Thrift problems!

I don't even look good in yellow ...

I have the opposite problem! I only own two wool coats and neither of them are really warm for me to wear in winter. They were okay when I drove to work, but now that I walk and take transit I need to find warmer and I just find all the winter coats at the thrift stores here outdated and ugly! I also find most new winter coats ugly...I like my fancy dressier coats hence why I need to find vintage and preferably vintage fur!
No thrifting for me for another week ugh it's killing me! I have exams next week and guess which lucky person found out she has pneumonia?! Oh yeah that would be me! Just my luck been toughing out a cold for a week but kind of knew yesterday and today that it wasn't a cold anymore so went to the doc and sure enough my left lung is full and I now have antibiotics. Of course just my luck!

Pneumonia! That's terrible! I hope you feel better soon!

Yeah  I used to get it quite often as a teen, at least once or twice a year, but have been lucky and haven't had it in quite a long time. Woke up this morning and was 99% sure I had pneumonia and of course the chest xray said I was right. Now I have 5 days of antibiotics and another xray in two weeks to make sure the infection is gone. I'm just hoping that I feel better so I can start studying because this whole no energy thing is making me super lazy and my first exam is Monday night!

I'm always so in awe of the things y'all find! Celine, Marchesa, Gucci, loads of Coach, Gaultier! Fantastic!

If you ever get tired of that blacl Coach Joodlez- let me know! I'm looking for a slouchier Coach than what is apparently being produced right now!

I do have a few new fun things, nothing as jaw dropping as the things y'all are able to find.

Lately I got 2 Ralph Lauren shirts for 4.99 each, one with a faux button down in the neckline (some much more comfy than actually wearing a button down under an overshirt- and sorry about the cat hair on already) and a dark brown wool/cotton blend turtle neck that actually hangs nicely, doesn't itch and looks really nice on!

Then I found a leather hobo bag (by Hobo) in an interesting neutral sage green and a pair of Sesto Meucci shoes with little leather cutouts all over. They feel like wearing a pair of gloves on your feet! I went and researched him and found the same shoe on Zappos for $230, so I feel pretty good about my $6 shoes. The bag needs a wash and recondition, but the shoes just need a little quick polish and some conditioner and are in great shape!

Here they are:

Oh Honey I am so sorry to hear that. I've had it and it was very bad and scary. I hope you cover yourself in Vick's (it kills viral and bacterial Pneumo as you breathe it in ... contact with Vick's vapor kills the germies ...)

Vick's warm steam vaporizer by your bed with liquid Vick's in it and one million bowls of chicken soup. I'd make it for you if I were there. Of course ... I would freeze to death I bet.

You so need a light vintage Fur ... poor beeb! I worry about you! Gosh try to not stress too much too. Stress is hard on breathing. Just be careful as that is serious stuff!

I've only had it really bad once where I could barely breathe or move. I have had it more times than I wish to remember, so I guess I could say I'm used to it... I was the one that called it this morning before even going to the doctor. I'm very stubborn and probably could have started antibiotics Wednesday and felt better by now if I had of went when I started to feel it moving to my chest. I have the usual antibiotics and advil to take before bed if I need it. No vicks unfortunately since my skin is ridiculously sensitive and would probably break out, though I loved that stuff as a kid! I've also been taking really long steamy hot showers to open up my sinuses. I made a huge crockpot of chicken soup Tuesday when I had the head cold portion of my sickness so I have been eating that all week so far for both lunch and supper.
My mission is to find vintage fur after exams! I'm hoping I'm fixed up and better by next weekend since my sister has a train layover in Toronto before going home for Christmas so she has planned for me to bring us breakfast to the train station. Then I plan on going thrifting and finishing up Christmas shopping after she leaves.
I'm sick of being sick at this point LOL!

Wow the tan and black one is really unique! I think we all are hoarders of some sort! It is hard not to buy something you love! I use to get rid of something when I bought something new but now it a closet of too many loves!

Thanks...I love the shape of the Monterey Zip...I have one in olive suede too that I bought over the summer. I'm seriously trying the buy-one-recycle-one concept, but, well, it's just NOT working

I love the second one, never seen this type Coach bag before.

Thanks...it's a nice size too...pics of the suede one here.

Thanks...I had never found green Coach bags before this year...this one makes FOUR!

I totally understand the "I-can't-get-it-outa-my-head thing...oh, just end the madness...go get it!

Thanks...the black bag is getting a bath today...we'll see how she looks after the spa. Whoa...I LOVE the purple suede one!!!

It's raining Coach for you, what great goodies!

Thanks...it's been a super-duper Coach-nado of a year!

Sorry for the crapy photos ladies - I'm rushing out for dinner but know if I don't take them now I'll forget later. So many times I say I have to share this with you all and then forget and then its been so long I feel like its old news.

First 4 are all coach bags
Kate spade tote
Lauren Merkin tote (I thought this another kate)
foley & corinna mid city tote ( totally needs a cleaning)
And last but not least my new gucci skirt - its a basic but perfect for work.

Headed out to thrift again tomorrow - I hope its as good as today was :graucho:

You go girl...love everything...go do it again!

It that smaller one with the top handle and the longer cross body strap a green? That is my favorite of all those lovelies.

Something went crazy in my multi-quoting...missed your quote!

Thanks...and yes, the Casino bag is green...kinda bottle green. I also have one in white I bought years ago.

And here's the other Monterey Zip...forgot to add it to my earlier post. I thought this one was brown when I bought it...stepped outside...it's actually olive suede with dark brown bridle leather trim!
