I'm think I have one of the world's smallest adult heads! I have some family photos of myself and my nephews, and in the photos, you can see that my adult head is significantly smaller than my 7 yr old nephew's head. The result is that there has never been enough room in there for my teeth, and several have been removed because of that.
I had braces as a child, and got a good result. Unfortunately, over time, three teeth....one in particular, have moved up, as 'up' is the only place they have to go. My dentist told me that Invisalign isn't terribly successful with 'up/down' issues, and works best with 'side to side' issues. Any thoughts about that? I just dread the idea of regular braces again.
If anyone has been through this, or is a professional in the dentistry/orthodontics field, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
