employee discount on Chanel at SAKS??

for LV stuff, yes. there will be a special stamp on it, but not sure about Chanel.

Yea, that thought crossed my mind about a million gazillion times so I actually asked.... but they do not hire part-time and are limited to $5k total per year in purchases.

I also heard that in some stores the discount doesn't kick in right away. I suppose to avoid having someone get hired, buy whatever they want, and then leave after a week or so

Employees get 30% off and then there are double discount days twice a year. However if your a Chanel specialist (getting paid by Chanel and Saks) it varies a little, plus free stuff.

its sad when you think about all the precautions people have to take that affect everyone when they are trying to punish that small few.

all employees suffer because of suspected resellers (and also perhaps dwindling SAKS profits?)
