So I ordered both of these sneakers and I really don’t know which one to pick. I feel like the black would be a safer option because the dirt won’t show. But the White has such a fresh and clean look. I’m also worried about the white turning yellow overtime. Please help black or white?

Hi I have to take my laptop to work and want to take a Neverfull. Will my 14.5 inch laptop fit in a MM or does it need a GM? I don’t want to carry an unnecessarily large bag my I will cinch the gm if that the one it fits in. Does anyone have experience with this? Also as far as color pattern goes I’m open. I would even count azur in, just not sure if it is ok to consider it an all year bag. I am planning to purchase this bag preowned since it is for work and doesn’t need to be pristine but I take care of my things a lot. I wanted to share my recent experience with vrai for anyone considering purchasing from them. They are a lab grown diamond jewelry company, and they used to be called Vrai and oro. I’m not 100% certain about this, but I believe that they originally used natural diamonds when they were a new startup company, which is when I purchased from them. At some point they merged or partnered with the Diamond Foundry, which makes lab grown diamonds.

Back in 2016, I purchased a tiny diamond solitaire necklace (dbty style), but never really wore it because I developed a medical condition that made wearing necklaces uncomfortable. That’s resolved now, and I recently found my old Vrai necklace and started wearing it again. However, I noticed that the ring connecting the spring clasp kept opening and when I took a closer look, I could see that it was never soldered closed. All the other jump rings on the necklace are soldered; obviously whoever made the necklace forgot to solder the ring on the clasp. Right? I mean who ever heard of fine jewelry (it’s not a high end piece but it’s still solid gold and diamond) with unsoldered jump rings?



Immediately, I look up vrai’s warranty and repair service and send them an email with photos. How could this not be a warranty repair? It’s obviously a defect in craftsmanship.

I’m not even mad because I am so impressed by their temerity. They are telling me that they intentionally made the necklace this way, and they have the balls to want to charge me $50 just to ship it back to them and get it evaluated. The actual repair cost is separate. And if I choose to get it fixed elsewhere, the warranty is void.

TL;DR: Vrai proudly makes subpar quality jewelry and doesn’t stand behind their products.

Last week, Vite Envogue in Germany dropped a bombshell! A bunch of brand new Celine bags were on the website for 50% off. Like all sane women out there, I quickly grab my favorite Celine bag!
I had a Celine mini luggage tote when it first came out in 2011 but I sold it a month later because it started to sag. Oh well. Never thought of this bag anymore until last week. Who can resist a 900€ Celine bag?
I'm glad I got the latest version of this bag. It feels sturdier and I love the fact that the leather edges are painted in the same color as the body of the bag. It looks more streamlined. Here are some pictures!

Hi, I’m considering getting this gorgeous Triomphe bucket bag. It’s not available in a boutique where I live, so I have no way to try it on.

Does anyone own this bag and can post a picture with it on a shoulder? How does one carry it on a shoulder with straps being the opposite side than the usual place? The straps should be at the ends of the bag and not in the middle?

It looks awkward to me but I’m unable to find any picture of this bucket being carried on a shoulder. I only found a pic of people holding the straps in their hands.

Hi H Scarf Lovers! Today I received my Real Escuela Andaluza carre (already authenticated here) in the mail. It’s listed as immaculate new unworn condition - it is indeed though I do see a couple of blemishes - but considering its age (from 1996) I feel like perhaps I shouldn’t be too picky…it does look like the previous owner never wore it. It’s about $400 including shipping. Is it a good buy? I’ve been checking out vintage scarves as I don’t like the current offerings - they are either too pastel or too rainbow-colored or too cute for my taste. I like the equestrian theme, the navy blue border with a bit of red of this one. What do you think?

I bought Hermes Short Jumping Boots in black with black hardware from online reseller. I didn't know these boots came in black hardware. I only saw this in pladium hardware. This is a nice surprise, I prefer the all black look but does anyone know if this was available in black hardware?

Hi everyone! So....I did a thing. When I was in Paris last weekend, I decided to YOLO and bought my very first Chanel! A small classic flap caviar with SHW in black Although I love her, I probably should have done more research before jumping the gun. Now that I am back home and the vacation rush is gone, I'm a little bit disappointed at how matte/dry the caviar looks. I guess for caviar, I was expecting a bit more sheen. Is there any leather conditioner I could use to "shine" it up a bit? Also, I'm sure this is information I should have asked the SA when I was there, but I was so excited and out of my head that I didn't ask when the bag was produced. I literally just received a new pair of neutral-colored (kind of verges on super pale pink neutral) heels with the baby horse bit hardware on the toe. Out of the box the leather is already a dark gray color where the horse bit rests on it. I'm debating returning and just getting black, but really love this neutral color. Have any of you seen or had this happen? I fear constantly trying to clean the leather in those areas will result in damaging it and am wondering if this is more hassle than its worth.

So to make the story short, and some of you may have seen my post about this lady dior order I bought a lady dior before christmas online (europe) And until today i have gone through an exchange and a return AND a whole new order. So this is the 3. Bag with quality issues. I have therefore refused to make a regular exchange again, as i want a manager or someone higher up to look at my case and assure me it wont happen again. But now it has been a week, and they are beginning to avoid me whenever i call. I keep asking them if my case really has been escalated to the manager team and they telling me yes but they cannot provide their manager email or name.
Today i insisted that they should respond to my email, and a guy i talked with before and actually the guy that made me make the 3. Order through phone with him wrote me a reply. And honestly, is this a joke?? He dont answer anything in my mail and even talk about a ring instead of a bag in the mail like do they care? Are they just copy pasting nonsens??

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I wanted to get some people's input and real (proven) experience on this topic.
Does Hermes offer discounts to clients?

Last year, I bought something pre-loved from a seller and she provided a copy the receipt (that also had a long list of items she purchased).
As I was scrolling the receipt to find my item, much to my amazement I noticed that a few of the big ticket items on the receipt had been discounted DIRECTLY FROM THE STORE. Were my eyes deceiving me?

Does Hermes do this--at all? Is this something they offer to special customers they like, at the discretion of the SA? Do multiple discounts be given to VVIPs?
Has anyone had their items discounted, or witnessed something similar with their own two eyes? I thought the French luxury NEVER discounted.
