Zipper Pull Replacement Question

I have a veneta that I purchased from Saks last year and the leather zipper pull started coming unknotted a lot and has now worn out and it opened up and there are white strings coming out if that makes sense. If I want to replace the leather tie on the zipper, should I go through Saks or should I call BV? I don't have a BV store near me.

I imagine you could do either. I would call BV first. I had a repair on a Longchamp item that I bought from Saks; Saks repaired it for free but while the repair was functional, it was not particularly elegant. Luckily it was on an internal part of the bag.
