I've seen this before, but just not willing to spend that much money... reviews seem favorable, though, so maybe it's not a complete waste.

Pretty much any over the counter acne medication (with benzoyl peroxide) works for me. If I feel a zit coming, I usually dab it on the night before and every day thereafter until it's gone. I don't break out as much as I used to, fortunately!

The other device out there is ThermaClear. According to their website, the ThermaClear device doesn't require frequent tip changes. The tip lasts a year. I don't know if it works as well as Zeno. However, it appears both devices do the same thing.

yea it works great if you use it RIGHT when you notice the pimple and treat it 3 times a day, by the next day if i catch it early enough its gone so that is really nice! i usually follow up with the mario badescu drying lotion too... double up and your golden!
