Ladies, I hope you do not mind me asking :) What's your opinion about Postina bags after almost a year of usage? I mean leather ones? How the leather holds up, does the form changes? Would you still advice to buy one to your best friend? ;) And if someone of you has a Small Postina, can the short handle be worn over the shoulder? Thanks a lot in advance!
Hi BagManiacs! I have my Postinas for quite some time now. My 1st one is a large and the leather is aging very well. I didn't take the utmost care after a year and it now has some denim transfer and perfume stains. Everything abt this bag is still working and looks fine except the strap is kind of looking used. I don't have a small but quite sure the top handle won't go over the shoulder for small. Hope this helps!

I'd also love a review of the postina and, if possible, how it compares to regular size Mulberry Alexa? Alexa is my favourite model, so hoping postina would be similar? TIA
I don't have the Mulberry Alexa so can't comment. I do know the Postinas' appeal is in its utmost smooshiness for their leather ones. If I may say so the Postinas look more interesting to me personally.

And I just cannot decide between m and s...is the m not really a workbag size? Or can it be used as an anyday bag without looking too big? I think that on the 'compare the size'-pictures on the website, the bags look bigger than on pictures on the forum here...

Mine are large sizes, I don't have m sizes so I don't know.[emoji23]

Sorry, ivdw, forgot to quote.. I just posted a pic for you...

Which looks like a great size! But then I look at the modpics on the website and the bag looks ginormous on the model as though it is L. And the L looks xxl..
Anyway, love your bag!! Are you happy with it? Do you use it a lot? Is anything nót good?
I think the size is perfect, the large one is really big, 3 cm longer and taller.
I am very happy with mine, I wear it cross body and it's very comfortable. The leather is wonderful, both thick and supple, yet the base won't sag. I chose the grainy leather as Zanellato says it's not prone to scratches and is weatherproof.
Yes, I use it a lot, and there is nothing that is not good.
I even plan to buy another one in light brown...
I own lots of brands ( some cheaper, some more expensive) and I think that the Postina is my best quality bag...

Is yours the Daily then? Or what is the grainy leather called on their website?
You sell the bag wel!![/QUOTE/

I have taken out the leaflet Zanellato put in the bag pocket. It reads:
Postina M
Linea Cachemire.
Cachemire: " Bullhide leather treated with an exclusive tanning process for a cocoon effect and a natural grain deerskin look that is highly resistant"
I bought it from Yoox during the sales period.
As I intend to buy a brown one I had seen in the large size only on the Zanellato site, I sent them an email to ask
about a medium and they replied to me very quickly.
But I have to save money first....;)
