My 'oldest' LV is a Monogram Canvas Nil which I bought it 16 yrs ago and it cost me about SGD1000 back then. It has seen me thru courtship with my BF(Now hubby), marriage and becoming a mum of 3. Nowadays, I do not use it as often because I hope to keep it as long as I can. May be my girl of 11 can carry mum's 'vintage' bag when she is old enough. Mmmm let's see.....
i have this small damier cosmetic pouch from 2000 when i was still in high school.. i think it has been discontinued.. but i dunno the name.. can anyone help me with the name of it?
we're bag twins - the looping mm is my first LV - ive had it for 5+ yrs too & recently began carrying it again - though it felt big at the time its tiny compared to my speedy 35 that ive been rocking lately...
My oldest bag is a Trocadero 30 from 1999. I hated the long strap so much I actually took a pair of scissors to it, cut off the strap, and made my own Trousse Toilette. The modified Troc sits in my closet unused as both a purse and a toilette case. Oh well!
I have a carryall that is circa 1980. I took it out and gave it a dust up over the weekend. That bag is still in good shape and totally useful. Great investment.
I know this thread is old, but still very interesting!
My oldest bag is my 1988 Epi Keepall 45. I chose it because it's very close to my birthday, and was in PERFECT condition! I'm just still waiting for it to arrive in the mail!
