Your New Gucci: A Collective Mini Reveal Thread!

New to me, this fabulous animal/swirl print and 'wooden' Horse-bit scarf.

It's actually quite hard for me to find real neutrals that work for me, this put-in-a-blender of black/near-white/gold/cognac is great for me. It almost undulates with high-contrast non-colours. Neither too warm or cool, not grey, nor too light or dark. The weight is fantastic too, and the print goes all the way through, proper screen printed.

I don't think it's as old as the seller thought (1980s). Maybe TF era when he did the zebra kaftans, or maybe Frida era . If sort of visually feels like it belongs to the FG era.

I consigned some bags last week and consigned the bag I wear to concerts without thinking. So I had to super quickly look for a small enough to be venue approved bag because I needed it for tomorrow and found this baby. I know it’s too small to ever use it otherwise but a handful of times a year is pretty good by me 🖤🖤

A new horsebit bracelet. I love the design but it unfortunately is a disappointing purchase. The size 16 does not have adjustable rings. With the charm portion being a bit heavy and the size, the bracelet moves a lot and sits at a wrong position more so than not.

It’s really beautiful. Maybe a jeweler could do something to fix the problem.

New cross body wallet for me! I needed a black cross body chain wallet. I thought I was going to get a Chanel, but I was very surprised when I compared it against this Gucci in real life. Probably a controversial take, but the quality felt the same in my hand and the look was very similar. I couldn't find a way to justify the 2-3k price difference for me personally, so I went with the Gucci!

For folks who are considering getting the wallet... While I love the style and size, after going on a long walk with it, the bag is a bit heavier than I would like. The chain and leather are both hardy and substantial. While that means good things for durability, the downside is the additional weight. If someone is looking for a lighter model, the bag does come with a leather strap instead! That version looks a lot more casual though.

New to me, vintage1960s soft fruit Accornero silk square. I'm not sure if I can live up to its beauty but the colours really suit me so I'll try . I love the butterflies and the snails as well as the sweet fruit.

Beautiful. I’m on the lookout for a new WOC, and was “obviously” considering Chanel, but it has to be one of the most expensive WOCs on the market. This is a great alternative, esp if there is a leather strap. Do you actually have a picture of the bag with the strap? The Gucci website is only showing the chain. Tia!
