Scarves Your Grail Scarf

Big congrats on this unusual CW - I have been stalking this scarf on and off without committing to buy, because I've never seen a CW that felt right - some are very bold, whereas others are almost washed out. Having bought the very blue and yellwf Les Normandes and a very pale creamy, pinkish one as well, because of the motive, Iv'e tried to avoid making the same mistake with this one. You really look great in this, enjoy

Thanks so much. I have been having the same problems with this, and with Les Normands. Do you have pix of the pale Normands? I don’t think I know that CW. I briefly had the bright green one, but it didn’t work for me.

I'm back again here in the grail thread. As we all know now, I somehow spaced out really bad the last couple of years on scarves and missed some fabulous stuff through dithering, being extra busy caring for little kittens or sick elderly cats. So this year has officially been designated as "wish list" year. I am both glad and embarrassed to have made some serious inroads on that already One of the things I had searched for fruitlessly was a colorful pocket square of Epices (found last month!). Another common search I have done in the last year is Dans un Jardin Anglais. With no luck at all...

So imagine my surprise when we go to the Hermesmatic pop up to drop off a couple of scarves and poke around at the DD collection when the lovely SA I was working with brings this out from under the counter:

So finally, I found my Dans Un Jardin Anglais! One more tiny grail down! This is CW 13 blanc/rose/vert

Thank you! Well, let's just say I only really wanted this particular colorway, even though I thought it was a beautiful scarf in several of them. Like several other scarves, my appreciation for it grew over time (once it was gone, of course) and never thought for even a second I might find a reasonable one so just let the idea go and made myself ok with that and put it out of my mind to move on to other things, but when the completely unexpected opportunity came up boutique new....wellllll....I jumped faster than you can blink to get it...
