Here are my 2 and a few thoughts.
The black (and the white, Beige Dore ('rust') pale blue and the original pale pink) have a very elegant line only drawing. Perfect for evening or not overwhelming and outfit where the scarf needs to be 'quieter'. I often where the black/gold as an evening bolero over an LBD. The lines make the overall pattern a more holistic pattern. It's also one of those really cool asymmetrical designs.
The gold (officially 'Mutard' but decidedly gold as any gold can be) is a good example of the more flamboyant cws. Some have multi-tonal and others multicolour 'painted' wings. In addition there have been 2 subsequent variations that were special editions (strong pink wings on a pale pink background and shades of brown wings on a pale grey-silver background - obviously my descriptions are not official colours). These versions are louder (but not to recent season's standards) and the wings are very feathery tied (for want of better words). The wings occupy centre stage very strongly - even more so in the multicolours.
I also have this CR design on 2 change trays both white and gold, that design also comes in white/dark red lines
Of the many variations of these I think the terracotta is one of the most easy to wear (if the cw suits) and will translate very easily from the most casual jeans/shorts by day to fine jewellery evening attire. Though a potentially great cw for me, I'm not sure it will suit everyone, so make sure you're a terracotta person

coz it's def a proper
terracotta.
My HG of CR's Pd'H are one of the Le Pegase Lumiere Shawls. A mousseline shawl with the wings shimmering in tiny hand-sewn sequins and glass beads. I think it came in 2 cws, the one below and white. I think there is more chance of me becoming president of the USA than owning one but I can dream

No scarf seems to be more worthy of the term HG than this creation. New, the shawl cost $5850
