Thank you all, I'm not suggesting you jump for the $899 baby , but I've seen a few last year which sold for $570 or so ….

I paid ~500 for mine and I think that this is a reasonable over retail price range.

I wanted to show the red Turandot in case anyone is considering it.
I paid quite a bit over retail , it never comes up at less and I never regretted it . Unlike the blue I can't imagine wearing it casually , the red is a real statement piece .

I own the red and have never regretted paying over retail...although the current one on Ebay is quite steep.

I on the other hand am far from safe. It's marvelous. The red with the purple is unforgettable. But I am perfectly safe from it at that price.

This is [emoji7]. I think unless you got your turandot at the boutique during the issue period, then you paid way retail for this design. Me included.

It's great to see irl pics because the other thing stopping me was figuring out if it's be as versatile as my purple one or if it'd be my annual Chinese New Year scarf iykwim.

I decided to take some group pix of my scarves. This is a pic of the ones I bought on the e bay. Not shown are my 2 seasonal scarves (Neige d'antan and Noel au 24) which had been washed and put away.
I have been relative cautious on my ebay scarves in only buying ones in colors that are "safe" and comfortable for me. That has worked for me in the sense that I have not wanted to return/re-sell any of them

Rencontre Ocean was such a super grail when I first started looking on tpf , people were stampeding to get hold of one especially the black .
As ever you choose beautifully serene colour ways , knowing what suits you makes E*** buying less dodgy .I still like to take a chance from time to time and have bought a few real gems by going out of my normal red/orange/ safety zone.

Thank you , I'm guilty of admiring it more than wearing it .
It's one I don't mind keeping for the thrill of owning, and then when I do wear it occasionally it feels like something so special.

Amazing collection, these are unbelievable. It's one of my favourite designs. Luckily only the purple was my HG and its one which I can actually wear, otherwise I would seriously be in debt! Thanks for sharing, these are real eye candy for me!

I have #1 and #4 - it's a perfect scarf. Interesting, detailed, but not overly flowery. I eventually will get at least one more CW.

So just when I eliminate one Grail (Coupons Indiens), I find another. There was only Les Amazones left, but now I must add Chevaux de Karnak to make two grails.

I love momasaurus' moussie, but a 90 in good colors will do. I am absolutely in no rush. Having lived in Egypt, I went to Luxor many times; the Temple of Karnak is a truly amazing and spiritual place. I must have this design. Besides, it's beautiful! Amiright??
