This thread is leading me to wonder what kind of training, if any, the MK SAs receive. Seriously, to either not know what kind of hardware is on the bags or to lie to a customer about it is a training issue. The MK SAs should be trained on their product (ie the difference between gold plated and gold-filled!) and on customer service and appropriate sales techniques. It appears they may not get much of either.
Not much at thus store. I made a comment that if I was looking for 14K gold hardware, I wouldn't be shopping at MK. Then she says "would you like to see the Miranda?" Them another associate came over when I was looking at it and said she was going to pass out from the excitement. At that point, I left. It was crazy over the top. No doubt, one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
