Yes! The same thing happened to me. I am so hot right now. Some items are completely sold out in all size runs others are sold out in the size that was in my DREAMBOX.
Yoox does some quirky things. I don't know if I should buy the items in other sizes and see if they work or wait and see if the items 'reappear' in my dreambox.
Grr!
They do this at least a few times a year - best to just keep the items there, and they might reappear, I have no idea why they do that??!?!?!!
The same thing happened to me too! I am guessing it's their "strategy" -- once they mark an item "available" again, people will rush to buy it before it's "sold out" again. I am going to wait for the items to re-appear in my dreambox.
Actually you know what is strange...I had an item in my cart and when I checked today when the code came out it said it was out of stock, however the item was still available in my cart and I was able to check out.
I even got shipping confirmation.

Ahhhhh...same thing happens to me today. I setup two accounts with 50 items saved in each Dreambox and half of items are gone overnight! In my Dreambox, I have a mixed of brand name and non-brand name items. Most of the brand names items are gone (some cases, all sizes are gone). Very frustrated.
That makes sense. All of those items did not sell out so I guess if you already had it in the cart then it is allowed for purchase. I have half a mind to call yoox and see if they can do the transaction for the 'sold out' items, but yoox customer service is somewhat robotic and not helpful.
