I have the same issue. I have been their loyal customer for 5-6 years. For some reasons, I stopped receiving emails from them about any sales.....

I love Yoox - but I wish I was a superstar too, I asked them once, they said it's the top 4% shoppers, which kind of perplexed me since I have hundreds of orders over the years...*but* I tend to shop the sales, not full price, so maybe that's why I'm not a superstar :cry:

I shop only the sales section and I am a superstar for the last 7 years but I think Yoox goes by how much the customer spends yearly

i'm a superstar and there's no way i'm in the top 4%. i think it's probably a more random selection process than that?
